A leading global provider of essential ingredients for the home and personal care sector is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join their Southeast Asia team. What youll do:

As Regional Sales Manager Home and Personal Care, you will be entrusted with steering commercial activities across Southeast Asias vibrant markets. Your days will be filled with engaging cross-functional partners, guiding your team towards ambitious targets, and championing sustainable product innovations that set new benchmarks in quality. Youll have the chance to build lasting partnerships with customers ranging from multinational manufacturers to local distributorsalways striving to deliver solutions that exceed expectations.

  • Lead and nurture a team of account managers by providing guidance, support, and encouragement to achieve shared sales objectives within the home and personal care segment.
  • Drive profitable business growth by identifying new customers and markets while strengthening existing relationships with distributors and direct clients.
  • Cultivate senior-level connections with key decision makers at client organisations to expand market share and deepen trust within the industry.
  • Expand the project opportunity pipeline by leveraging application science as a differentiator in solution selling for cleaning goods, personal care, and pharmaceutical applications.

What you bring:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related discipline provides a strong foundation for this multifaceted role.
  • An MBA qualification is highly desirable as it demonstrates advanced business acumen relevant to complex sales environments.
  • Approximately 15 years experience spanning sales, marketing, technical service, research & development or product management roles within chemical or related industries is preferred.
  • Direct exposure to home care, personal care or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments will be considered an asset when evaluating candidates for this position.
  • Proven ability to manage customer negotiations tactfully while maintaining positive relationships built on trust and mutual respect.
  • Hands-on, results-driven sales hunter with a growth mindset, deep understanding of clients, key customers, and industries, and a strong focus on what works.
